Oral presentation instructions

Duration and Timing

Presentation time:

  • Plenary lectures (PL): 40 minutes
  • Progress reports (PR): 30 minutes
  • Oral presentations (OP): 20 minutes
  • Q&A: 2–5 minutes following each talk.

Please adhere strictly to the allocated time to ensure smooth session transitions.

Technical Setup

  •  Prepare slides in PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx) or PDF format using a 16:9 widescreen layout.
  • All presentations will be displayed from the conference computer.
  • Bring your presentation on a USB flash drive, and keep a backup on cloud storage or email.
  • Check in with the organizing committee at least 30 minutes before your session to test your slides.

Poster Size and Format

Standard size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm), portrait orientation. Print on matte paper to reduce glare. Use large fonts (minimum 24 pt for text, 72 pt for titles) so it’s readable from 1–2 meters away.

Mounting and Removal

Posters must be mounted before the session starts and removed immediately afterward. Mounting materials (pins, Velcro, or adhesive) will be provided at the venue.
