SEBA is an International Scientific Workshop organized by the Institute of Electronics, part of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and co-organized by the Medical University of Pleven, and the Technical University of Gabrovo. The workshop will be held in Borovets, Bulgaria from the 17^th to 21^st of March 2026.

The goal of this workshop is to bring young scientists and distinguished speakers and experts in the field of surface engineering techniques with applications in biomedicine together. This will help exchange experience and ideas between scientists on an international level regarding new state-of-the-art scientific developments in this field.

The official language of the SEBA 2026 is English.
